How do I charge my Nano Mister?

To ensure the best experience with your RUECHI Nano Mister, we recommend fully charging the product before first-time use. The Nano Mister charges effortlessly using a USB charger cable and reaches a full charge of 100% in 2 hours. Look for the white light indicator (found after pushing down the front slide) which will indicate a full charge. 

While charging, the LED light on your device will display a red color until it reaches a full charge of 100%.

With 100% full power, your Nano Mister provides up to 1 hour of working time.

What does the blue light mean?

If the indicator light on your Nano Mister begins blinking blue, this means the battery power is running low. Please charge the product immediately to ensure the best and most relaxing experience!

Help! My Nano Mister won’t work. 

Don’t stress! If your RUECHI Nano Mister fails to operate, first check for water in the tank and sufficient battery power. We provide a one-year promise (from date of purchase from manufacturer) on your Nano Mister. Please fill out the guarantee form (provided in the product manual) clearly and reach out to support@ruechibeauty.com.

Please store your guarantee safely, as lost guarantees will not be re-provided. We are unable to offer free maintenance in the event of a breakdown caused by forcefully or deliberately manipulating the product, as this makes the 1-year guarantee void.

My Nano Mister arrived broken.

If any parts of the product are delivered broken, we offer free replacements. However, customers are responsible for the freight/shipping charges. We will provide free replacement for any breakdown caused by product quality problems, ensuring your satisfaction as a skincare enthusiast. Please reach out to support@ruechibeauty.com. We are unable to offer free maintenance in the event of a breakdown caused by forcefully or deliberately manipulating the product, as this makes the 1-year guarantee void.

How do I care for my RUECHI Nano Mister?

To keep your RUECHI Nano Mister in the best possible condition, please empty and clean the water tank after use and store your mister in a dry, clean area.

How long will my Kryo Sculpting Tool take to freeze?

On average, your Kryo Sculpting Tool may take 6-7 hours to freeze. This is dependent on the temperature of your freezer, so please allow some room for adjustments!

The RUECHI Nano Mister is a handheld skincare tool that helps moisturize, hydrate, and prep your skin using a super fine mist, made by breaking down water molecules. With an easy USB charger, the Nano Mister is perfect for on-the-go use or an at home spa day!
