RUECHI Beauty does not offer refunds or exchanges. If you receive a faulty item, we’re happy to offer a replacement on a case-by-case basis. Please note that faulty items must be reported within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email support@ruechibeauty.com with any concerns.

RUECHI Beauty is not responsible for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier and is only responsible for orders until they leave our facility. Once tracking is received by the customer, please contact the shipping company directly as it is between the customer and shipping company to ensure all goods arrive safely.
